Great History and small stories of the oldest cemetery of Montpellier still in activity, created in 1804.
This visit will evoke the relation of the Protestants to death, the three cemeteries which preceded it and the periods of clandestinity crossed since the wars of Religion.
The route will also allow you to discover funerary art and its symbols, remarkable monuments as well as several illustrious tombs, including that of the painter Frédéric Bazille.
