The association Acanthe, from the master’s program in Heritage Promotion and Mediation of the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, invites the public to discover the heritage of the archaeological site of Lattara, at the Henri-Prades museum, as part of the 43rd edition of the European Heritage Days.Inspired by the soil decor in tellines discovered at Lattara, representing a moving equine, the workshop "Tellines and toddlers" invites children from 2 to 5 years old to let their creativity speak. The children will be able to choose an image of equine, fish or bird, in connection with the decorations discovered at Lattes. Under the supervision of their parents, they will follow the lines of pre-established drawings and apply shells by pressure, in order to create settings similar to those of Lattara.Tellines, small marine shells common on the Languedoc coasts, will thus become the material of a playful and patrimonial creation. For more information on the course of the event: see https://associationacanthe.wordpress.com/ or on https://museearcheo.montpellier3m.fr/Or on our social networks:Linkedin: www.linkedin.com/in/association-acantheInstagram: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AssociationAcanthe?locale=fr_FR
