The castle of Joseph Bonnier de la Mosson, treasurer of the Stock Exchange and adviser to the Court of Auditors, was built in 1723. His untimely death in 1744 led his widow to sell this sumptuous madness, which was gradually dismantled. Only the elements of the interior decoration of the music room, the gypseries, the central pavilion, the water buffet and some statues of the terrace remain. With a little imagination, dive into the heart of this castle mixing jewels and grandeur of the eighteenth century.

As an extension of the guided tour, whether you participate or not, enjoy a musical moment inspired by works that Joseph Bonnier de La Mosson could have appreciated.Offered in a short format, these concerts are an opportunity for the baroque ensemble Les Ombres to offer talented young musicians the opportunity to perform before the public.On Saturday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., discover "Tous les matins du monde", with Juliette Guichard (viola da gamba) and Louison Sailley (bass viol).On Saturday at 6pm and Sunday at 11am, attend "Fleurs d'ici: Music of India", with Chloé Loneiriant (artistic direction, bansuri flutes and vocals), Rose Chevrier and Emma Crumpton (recorders).On Sunday at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., embark on a "Musical journey to the time of Joseph Bonnier de La Mosson", performed by Samuel Fourés-Asensi on the baroque violin.
