The association Acanthe, from the master’s program in Heritage Promotion and Mediation of the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, invites the public to discover the heritage of the archaeological site of Lattara, at the Henri-Prades museum, as part of the 43rd edition of the European Heritage Days.
The exhibition "Mediterranean banquets, between Greeks, Etruscans and Gauls" invites to discover the food practices of Antiquity through shared meals, their objects and social meanings.
In free visit, the public will be able to advance at its own pace and observe the works that illuminate the place of the banquet in Mediterranean societies.
A dive into the world of ancient banquets and their cultural uses.
